Welcome to Silks & Cells

Originally established in 2009 as PSDG, we’ve spent over a decade proudly delivering high-quality training for children and adults of all ages. With expert coaches and a top-tier facility, our mission is to help every student unlock their full potential.

Now based in Somerset, we’re excited to represent our community in both individual and team competitions across the region and throughout the UK.

Our nurturing coaches are passionate about building self-esteem, confidence, and resilience, creating a safe and supportive environment where every student can thrive. Having trained internationally, we bring world-class techniques and standards right here to Somerset.

• Supportive sessions tailored for diabetics, endocrine support, menopause groups, and those with additional educational needs

Our Coaches

Our highly trained coaches are dedicated to instilling confidence, correct technique, and a love for movement in every student. We work closely with each individual to support their personal goals while ensuring a safe and welcoming learning environment.

We are proud to be accredited by multiple professional bodies, with safeguarding as our top priority. All staff are fully trained, and Mrs. Emily Blair serves as our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). In addition, we actively work within private education and training programs each year.
